World meditation day

Happy World Meditation day!

Do you remember meditating in class? I miss meditating with you all!

Meditation is the art of focusing on something (such as a picture, a sound, an object of the imagination, or one’s own breathing). Meditation encourages attention and awareness, as well as mentally and emotionally calm state.

There are lots of different ways to meditate. One way is through breathing exercises.
