This week in PSHCE we've been thinking about how we identify our feelings.
We used the four different zones of regulation to think about how we are feeling.
What zone are you in?
Then we thought about what we can do to get back in or stay in the green zone.
Here are some things that we could try.
We each chose one thing that we are going to try next time we're in the red, yellow or blue zone.
Finally we thought and talked about whether there was anything that was worrying us.
