Meditation

Time for meditation. 😊😌


Parents/carers, 

In Year 1 we practice calming our bodies and minds before learning. We find a quiet space to lie down for 5 minutes while we listen to the music. It helps us to relax and bring back our focus. This is something the whole family can join in with!
